enviro Reloadable Visa by Vancity is a prepaid card that allows free, unlimited reloads. There is an application process to obtain this prepaid card (including terms and conditions that must be accepted) and you must be a Vancity account holder. However, a credit check is not required.

There is an initial sign up fee of $14.95 (removed from your initial card load) and a monthly fee of $4.95.

The card has free reloads of a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $1500. The maximum balance allowed on the card at any one time is $2500. The card cannot be loaded with more than $20,000 during the lifespan of the card. Unlike Vancity's other prepaid gift card, this card can be used to withdraw cash from ATMs: a maximum of $2500 over 30 days of no more than 10 transactions. ATM withdrawals are $1.00 domestically and $2.00 internationally.

This prepaid card includes free access to a web site containing your secure online statement. Cardholder services to talk to a live agent are charged $1.00 per phone call.
